Take some time to become the best version of yourself. Aterra’s Self-Improvement Program allots each employee $1,000 per year to use for Personal or Professional Self-Improvement. Funds are available after an employee’s first 90 days with Aterra. 

Please note that you must receive Approval before submitting receipts. This is a use-it-or-lose-it policy, meaning anything left in your allotment at the end of the year will not carry over to the next year.
